Job Description:

The Operations Executive – White Linens will coordinate product development, manage textile sourcing, oversee production planning, and track inventory in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new product development for hospital and hotel linens from concept to production.
• Manage raw material textile sourcing, product sampling, and supplier coordination.
• Assist with production scheduling and planning to ensure timely manufacturing completion.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory records, and material dispatch across the linens division.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and reports using Microsoft Excel.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in textile operations, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational recordkeeping.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and process efficiency.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
