Job Description:

The Lead II will oversee assigned warehouse teams and operational areas to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure accurate, timely order completion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time order execution.
• Review workloads, assign daily tasks, and coach warehouse team members.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP to track orders and catalog goods.
• Enforce company safety policies, safety procedures, and 7S environmental standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely while providing support to warehouse leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and operate reach trucks/cherry pickers up to 23+ feet.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules including overtime as required.
