Key Responsibilities:

The Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting duties. This includes managing daily bookkeeping, bank and ledger reconciliations, and handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The role requires specific experience with complex tasks such as inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and overall general ledger maintenance.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Handle inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with established policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations.
• Background in the wellness, clinic, or retail industries is a plus.
