Financial Analyst – FP&A – DWC, Dubai, UAE | F&B Distribution

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst – FP&A to join the Finance Department at our DWC office. This role is crucial for providing strong analytical support across budgeting, reporting, and business performance monitoring, reporting directly to the Senior Manager – FP&A & Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in building annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections, supporting consolidation of multi-country financials.
• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly FP&A presentations with variance analysis (Budget, Forecast, PY). Consolidate data using Oracle EBS and OneStream.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret key business indicators (sales, margins, warehousing costs) and lead root-cause analysis for significant variances.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate on automation projects and dashboard enhancements across Excel, Power BI, and OneStream.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to connect operational performance with financial outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical drive and detail-orientation.
• Experience or interest in supporting FP&A functions within a distribution or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting tools, and reporting systems (Oracle, OneStream, Power BI knowledge preferred).
