Operations Manager – Construction – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete operational functions including Sales, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Project Operations.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and performance improvements.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
• Track budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure business targets are met.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and local UAE regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning, business expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven experience in operations management.
• Prior experience within the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region is an advantage.
• Availability to join within a 30-day notice period.
