Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle: Execute end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment coordination and candidate follow-ups to onboarding and offboarding.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk duties while overseeing travel coordination, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Regulatory Liaison: Handle JAFZA visa formalities and ensure all employee documentation complies with UAE Labour Law.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate leave records, travel reports, recruitment trackers, and comprehensive monthly HR reports.
- Employee Relations: Support the management in staff coordination and maintaining a professional corporate environment.

🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Admin and HR roles within the UAE.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations (JAFZA experience is a significant advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and report generation.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only. Candidates should be currently residing in the UAE.
- Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and professional communication for front-desk responsibilities.
