Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management: Oversee daily labor and employee-related matters, serving as the primary point of contact for operational queries.
- Visa Coordination: Direct the logistics for visa processing and work permits, collaborating closely with HR and PRO teams.
- Compliance Tracking: Proactively monitor visa expiry dates and maintain rigorous, up-to-date employee records to ensure legal compliance.
- Operational Logistics: Rigorously track attendance, leave balances, and timesheets for a distributed workforce.
- Financial Support: Support the payroll preparation process and ensure timesheet data is accurately reflected in compensation cycles.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant operational experience within the UAE, preferably in the manpower or outsourcing industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and standard visa/immigration procedures.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication in English. Proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is a strong advantage for labor coordination.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing high-volume data and multiple tasks simultaneously.
