Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and highly presentable Reception & Reservationist to join our front-of-house team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can manage guest reception and handle complex reservations for management review. You will be responsible for maintaining polished communication with VIP clientele, coordinating between service teams, and ensuring a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Luxury Hospitality and front desk operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reception with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach in Abu Dhabi.
- Handle reservations efficiently using established booking systems to meet management operational standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and service teams regarding guest coordination, VIP arrival protocols, and memorable experience delivery.
- Maintain clear and polished communication with all guests, ensuring high-profile interactions are handled discreetly.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and reservation platforms for accurate guest data and booking management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience in luxury hospitality or ultra-high-end fine dining in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of guest relations, reservation platforms, and front desk operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding premium service standards and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with excellent presentation and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE; Abu Dhabi-based candidates are preferred.
