Job Description:
We are expanding our Cost Management division across the UAE and seeking skilled professionals for multiple roles. These positions are fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring individuals who can manage quantity surveying tasks, prepare accurate budgets, and oversee contractual aspects for management review. You will be responsible for evaluating subcontractor claims, managing cost reporting, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying and construction contracts. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, financial forecasts, and budgets for various UAE construction projects.
- Manage quantity surveying tasks, including valuations and measurements, to meet management reporting standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project management teams regarding procurement, tendering processes, and commercial coordination.
- Evaluate variations, progress payments, and subcontractor claims to ensure strict contractual compliance.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and estimating software for precise cost control and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of commercial contracts, numerical analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international construction contracts and estimating practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment across multiple sites.
