Job Description:
We are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify B2B sales opportunities and promote enterprise-level IT solutions for management review. You will be responsible for selling ERP systems and Microsoft cloud services, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate CRM records. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Software Solution Selling and the UAE IT market. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the Dubai and wider UAE market.
- Promote and sell comprehensive IT solutions, including ERP systems and Microsoft hosting services, to meet management targets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical pre-sales teams regarding solution proposals, contract negotiations, and client demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are consistently exceeded.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools and CRM platforms for lead tracking, reporting, and market analysis.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hardware and software solution selling within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of sales pipelines, CRM records, and contract negotiations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ERP systems, Microsoft cloud, or hosting services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and own a car for mandatory client visits and business development.
