Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operation Coordinator to support our logistics operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can coordinate daily cargo movements and maintain accurate shipment documentation for management review. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, communicating with global vendors, and ensuring compliance with international regulations like IATA and UAE customs. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Freight Forwarding Systems and operational workflow efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily cargo operations across air, sea, and land modes within Dubai.
• Process shipments and track deliveries to meet management KPI and reporting standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and commercial teams regarding pricing, quotations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee warehouse inventory management and ensure strict compliance with IATA, IMO, and UAE customs requirements.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and freight platforms like CargoWise or WinFreight for operational tracking and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics or cargo operations within the UAE.
• Strong background in management of shipment consolidation, vendor relations, and customs procedures.
• Professional background in education or training regarding international regulatory standards (ICAO, IMO).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
