Job Description:

We are currently inviting applications for Administrative Executive and Administrative Officer roles across our Abu Dhabi and Dubai branches. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring motivated individuals who can provide comprehensive support and handle daily office coordination for management review. You will be responsible for record-keeping, organizing internal communications, and maintaining accurate filing systems. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Office Administration and a willingness to learn. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches.
  • Handle documentation and coordination tasks to meet management accuracy and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding meeting schedules, internal communications, and record accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and support different departments with coordination needs.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and office software for efficient record-keeping and data management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Emirati / Local nationality is a mandatory requirement for these positions.
  • 0–3 years of relevant work experience; Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong background in management of schedules, filing systems, and professional communication.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding administrative procedures and interpersonal skills.
