Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage customer interactions and ensure smooth order processing for management and production review. You will be responsible for coordinating with production and dispatch teams, maintaining accurate interaction records, and resolving operational issues to guarantee timely delivery. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Support and ERP systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups professionally across Dubai operations.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet management delivery and service standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding workflow efficiency, order status, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction levels and streamlined operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and ERP systems for order tracking, data management, and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally within the UAE manufacturing or packaging sector.
- Strong background in management of customer queries, order processing, and departmental coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding MS Office applications and ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
