Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai for immediate joining. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can ensure compliance with quality standards and manage technical documentation for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for preparing Inspection Requests (IR), managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and developing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and infrastructure engineering. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) across Dubai infrastructure sites.
- Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to meet management and regulatory quality standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams regarding method statements, RFI processes, and quality compliance coordination.
- Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure high-quality deliverables in power and transmission projects.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and engineering software for efficient reporting, documentation, and data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant academic discipline.
- Mandatory immediate availability to join our professional team in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of QA/QC procedures, ITP development, and technical site documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE utility standards and infrastructure quality control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding engineering sector.
- Prior experience in UAE or GCC transmission and power projects is highly advantageous.
