Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our client’s team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth order processing for management and retail review. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, handling customer inquiries professionally, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in E-commerce Operations and store performance monitoring. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including order processing and coordination across Dubai retail sites.
• Manage inventory levels and stock handling to meet management availability and dispatch standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and customer service teams regarding escalations, safety protocols, and operational reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store adheres to cleanliness and professional presentation benchmarks.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and retail software for sales monitoring, stock tracking, and data management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in retail, e-commerce, or store operations within the UAE.
• Strong background in management of inventory, customer inquiries, and visual merchandising.
• Professional background in education or training regarding safety protocols and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and structured environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends; preference for Indian nationality.
