Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Collection Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can oversee the full accounts receivable cycle and implement credit control strategies for management and cash flow review. You will be responsible for analyzing customer accounts, identifying payment risks, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the complete accounts receivable cycle to ensure timely payments across our Abu Dhabi accounts.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet management liquidity and performance standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and sales teams regarding billing resolutions, risk identification, and client relationship management.
- Prepare detailed financial reports related to receivables performance and collection aging.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and financial systems for efficient data tracking and automated follow-ups.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in collections or credit control within the UAE market.
- Strong background in management of receivables, financial reporting, and credit risk assessment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding financial negotiation and UAE credit regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern financial ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
