Job Description:

We are seeking a Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to join our motor insurance operations in Mussafah. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements for management and client review. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing documentation requirements, and liaising with insurance providers to ensure smooth processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Motor Insurance Operations and exceptional communication skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements accurately across our Abu Dhabi operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare detailed quotations to meet management and service standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding policy processing, claims assistance, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data entry of all insurance endorsements within the system.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and insurance management software for efficient documentation and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience in motor insurance or customer-facing roles within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of policy lifecycles, renewals, and client relationship coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE motor insurance regulations and claims support.
  • Native Arabic speaker with mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to join our professional team immediately.
