Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Accounts Executive / Senior Property Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage the financial records of a diverse property portfolio, including large-scale residential and commercial towers, for management and audit review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations related to property operations and potential hotel assets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive financial records and reporting for residential and commercial property portfolios across Abu Dhabi.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations to meet management and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and property management teams regarding portfolio updates, insights, and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee accounting activities for large-scale assets, ensuring all residential and commercial transactions are monitored efficiently.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and property management software for accurate data entry and financial tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic is strictly mandatory for this professional role.
• Strong background in management of complex property portfolios and financial reporting practices.
• Professional background in education or training regarding real estate accounting standards and UAE regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working alongside senior management teams.
