Job Description:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our academic team for the remaining duration of the school year as a maternity leave cover. This role is fundamental to our educational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the MOE curriculum for management and academic review. You will be responsible for lesson planning, fostering a positive learning environment, and utilizing digital tools for both traditional and online teaching. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in English Instruction and a recognized teaching certification. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English in strict accordance with the MOE curriculum standards across our Dubai classrooms.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to meet management and diverse student learning objectives.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and academic departments regarding student progress, engagement strategies, and curriculum alignment.
- Foster a positive learning environment while effectively utilizing digital tools and online teaching platforms.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and educational software to enhance student learning and developmental outcomes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or a relevant academic discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or an equivalent recognized teaching certification is mandatory for this professional role.
- Strong background in management of classroom dynamics, lesson planning, and student assessment.
- Professional background in education with previous experience teaching the MOE curriculum.
- Priority will be given to candidates with MOE approval and prior online teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute immediately to a fast-paced school environment.
