Job Description:

We are currently expanding our hospitality team and inviting customer-focused professionals to join us as Receptionists, Guest Service Agents, and Reservation Agents. These roles are fundamental to our service framework, requiring individuals who can manage guest inquiries and check-in procedures for management and service review. You will be responsible for managing booking reservations, updating the hotel reservation system, and ensuring a smooth guest stay from arrival to departure in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah branches as needed. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and a passion for creating memorable experiences. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with professional check-in and check-out procedures across our properties.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns to meet management and service standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding daily hotel operations across the country.
  • Manage booking reservations and ensure accurate data entry within the property management system.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for maintaining accurate guest records and high service standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business from a recognized institution.
  • Strong background in interpersonal communication, guest service delivery, and front-office protocols.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding hotel reservation systems and international service standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE and available for full-time commitment.
  • Prior experience in management support or guest services within the hotel sector is an advantage.
