Job Description:
We are urgently seeking qualified MEP Coordinators and Civil Engineers to join our growing project team in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our technical framework, requiring professionals who can oversee complex site activities and coordinate between various engineering disciplines for management and consultant review. You will be responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works or civil execution, ensuring all tasks align with design specifications and approved shop drawings. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in UAE Construction Standards and a proactive approach to maintaining project timelines. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all MEP or civil activities at the construction site to meet management quality standards.
- Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation for Dubai-based projects.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site progress and collaboration.
- Monitor site operations and material usage to ensure 100% compliance with approved plans and safety guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track construction progress and prepare detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Mandatory UAE Experience: Minimum 4+ years for MEP Coordinator or 2+ years for Civil Engineer.
- Strong background in management of site supervision, technical coordination, and subcontractor relations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE construction standards and site procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and handle complex documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; only candidates with prior UAE experience will be considered.
