Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to supervise and manage daily store operations at our Al Hamra Free Zone facility. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can take charge of the entire store management process for management and production review. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory movement, accurate record keeping, and overseeing staff involved in stock handling. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Factory-Based Store Management and a proactive approach to operational workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily factory store activities to meet management and production targets.
• Monitor inventory movement and track stock availability in Ras Al Khaimah to ensure seamless factory operations.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments to oversee staff and optimize operational workflows.
• Maintain and update all store documentation and inventory records to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to generate regular store performance reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 2 to 3 years of professional managerial experience specifically within the UAE store or factory environment.
• Strong background in management of inventory control, stock monitoring, and documentation processes.
• Professional background in education or training regarding warehouse safety and factory store procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and supervise staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates; immediate joiners in Ras Al Khaimah are strongly preferred.
