Job Description:
We are seeking passionate healthcare professionals to join our expanding multidisciplinary team at a new wellness-focused campus in Abu Dhabi. These roles are fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring professionals who can provide integrated healing services and compassionate treatment for management and patient review. We are hiring for Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, Case Managers, Art Therapists, Horticulture Therapists, Arabic Speaking Psychologists, and Board-Certified Physicians. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and therapeutic support to meet management and clinical standards.
- Support patient recovery through holistic treatment approaches and wellness programs in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and compassionate patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track patient progress and follow established healthcare protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing, Medicine, Psychology, or Therapy.
- Professional clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or wellness-focused healthcare setting.
- Strong background in management of patient-centered care, therapeutic programs, or medical operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding holistic healing and integrated treatment models.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a commitment to clinical excellence in the UAE.
- Board Certification (for Physicians) or relevant licensure is mandatory for medical and nursing roles.
