Job Description:
We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a proactive Sales Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can present technical laboratory equipment solutions to universities, hospitals, and research institutions for management and client review. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, preparing technical quotations, and supporting customers throughout the pre-sales and after-sales stages. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Scientific Sales and a proactive approach to CRM-driven documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships with laboratories and research centers to meet management sales targets.
- Promote and present sophisticated scientific equipment solutions to healthcare and academic organizations in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and RFQ documentation to ensure 100% data integrity within the company’s CRM system.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to follow up on tenders and manage sales opportunities through the entire pipeline.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or Biochemistry.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience within the UAE in a related scientific or technical sales role.
- Strong background in management of client accounts, technical presentations, and sales documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding laboratory equipment and scientific brewing techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong customer service skills in a competitive regional market.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
