Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire experienced Corporate Travel Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can deliver efficient end-to-end travel arrangements for management and corporate review. You will be responsible for handling flights, hotels, and visa reservations while ensuring high standards of accuracy in ticketing and re-issuance. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in GDS Systems (Amadeus/Sabre) and a proactive approach to client relationship management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements to meet management and client travel policies.
- Handle ticketing, reservations, and BSP reporting with accuracy and efficiency in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and procurement teams to negotiate and secure the best available rates.
- Respond to travel-related emergencies and issues to ensure 100% data integrity and client satisfaction.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and GDS systems to maintain accurate bookings, invoices, and reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or a relevant professional certification in Travel & Tourism.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically in UAE corporate travel consulting and ticketing.
- Strong background in management of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ticketing processes, re-issuance, and refunds.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and expert client management skills in the UAE travel market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide prompt solutions in a dynamic work environment.
