Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed for management and authority review. You will be responsible for preparing HSE documentation, conducting risk assessments, and delivering safety training sessions on-site. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and a proactive approach to promoting a strong safety culture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and industry safety standards to meet management objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations across site activities in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and site teams to deliver safety training sessions and promote a secure work environment.
- Prepare and manage HSE documentation and compliance records to ensure 100% data integrity and transparency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor site safety procedures and support continuous improvement in workplace standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Note: Diploma holders will not be considered).
- 2 to 3 years of professional HSE experience specifically within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in management of HSE documentation, risk registers, and incident reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHAD certifications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong reporting skills in the UAE infrastructure sector.
- Experience in roads and bridges (RTA or DMT approval) is considered a significant advantage.
