Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Junior IT Support Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can provide comprehensive support across software, hardware, and network systems for management and client review. You will be responsible for assisting with ERP modules—including inventory and finance—and resolving technical queries through remote troubleshooting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting ERP systems and specific business modules to meet management and operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues efficiently across the UAE.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams to maintain system connectivity and network stability.
- Offer professional client assistance and remote support to ensure 100% data integrity and service quality.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or a related academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong background in management of hardware troubleshooting and basic network infrastructure.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ERP systems and business modules.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
