Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a skilled and reliable Storekeeper for a long-term role in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our supply chain framework, requiring a professional who can manage store operations efficiently for management and audit review. You will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining high levels of accuracy in technical documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inventory Management and a proactive approach to stock inspection. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to meet management and project standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly in Habshan.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, procurement, and site teams to ensure 100% data integrity and timely material availability.
- Conduct routine stock inspections and ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or professional certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in Oil & Gas, EPC projects, or large-scale industrial environments.
- Strong background in management of store operations, material handling, and inventory systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding warehouse safety and stock control.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and attention to detail in a fast-paced UAE project setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work effectively within a structured technical team.
