Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle HR administrative functions and support daily department activities for management and audit review. You will be responsible for maintaining employee databases, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases to meet management and compliance standards.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and onboarding coordination across the UAE.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to manage attendance, leave records, and related personnel documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations to ensure 100% data integrity and organizational efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to organize HR files and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of employee records, record-keeping, and administrative functions.
- Professional background in education or training regarding recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within the UAE labor market.
