Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and professional female Ayurveda Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations and patient service for management and service review. You will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating patient inquiries, and maintaining clinic documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and greet patients to meet management and service standards.
- Manage appointments and coordinate patient inquiries in Dubai to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical staff to maintain accurate clinic documentation and schedules.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment to ensure 100% service integrity and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to handle clinic records and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or a related academic discipline.
- Prior professional experience as a receptionist in an Ayurveda clinic is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of healthcare front-desk operations and patient scheduling.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer service and clinic documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a willingness to join immediately.
- Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE; preference is given to South Indian candidates.
