Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee human resources and administrative functions for management and performance review. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, and analyzing HR KPIs to drive productivity. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Strategy and a proactive approach to facility coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processes to meet management and staffing targets.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive relations across the organization in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze HR KPIs including attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics to ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare detailed monthly reports and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in HR and Administration, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of HR analytics, KPI tracking, and complex reporting systems.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on strategic business goal implementation.
