Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can manage documentation processes for management and engineering review. You will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking all company documents while ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Records Management and a proactive approach to information flow. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project-related documents to meet management and systematic filing standards.
  • Monitor document versions and maintain accurate revision records to ensure 100% data integrity in the Abu Dhabi project office.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal project teams to ensure the timely submission and approval of critical documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and reporting to maintain high-quality compliance with company procedures.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and document management systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and storage of records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Administration or Document Management.
  • Professional experience in document control, records management, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong background in management of construction or contracting documentation processes is highly preferred.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to meet strict project deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within the UAE construction sector.
