Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Customer Service – Contracts Support professional to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage client contracts and retention-focused activities for management and service review. You will be responsible for handling renewals, cancellations, and payment collection processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Contracts Handling and a proactive approach to maintaining client satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle contract-related customer service tasks to meet management and client retention targets.
- Manage client renewals, cancellations, and updates for high-volume service accounts in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and finance departments to support payment collection and ensure 100% data integrity in billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests using CRM and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Excel to ensure timely resolution of client queries and high service standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience in contracts management with a focus on retention and billing handling.
- Strong background in management of client relationships, payment collections, and cancellation processing.
- Professional background in education or training regarding CRM systems and helpdesk ticketing tools.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a willingness to join immediately is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the capability to manage tasks in a fast-paced UAE environment.
