Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Billing Executive – PMV Transport to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage complex invoicing processes for management and project review. You will be responsible for accurate billing based on equipment utilization, monitoring revenue streams, and maintaining financial controls across rental operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Heavy Equipment Billing and a proactive approach to ERP data integrity. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex billing processes for PMV and heavy equipment to meet management and timeliness standards.
- Prepare accurate invoices based on equipment utilization and rental agreements across various Dubai project sites.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and site operations teams to gather equipment usage data and ensure 100% data integrity.
- Monitor revenue streams and ensure accurate recording of project income in line with internal financial controls.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems (such as MS Dynamics) to maintain correct pricing structures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in billing or administrative roles, preferably in PMV or heavy equipment.
- Strong background in management of equipment utilization data and rental billing processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ERP systems and advanced numerical analysis.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a strong understanding of site operations within the UAE market.
- Accounting background is an added advantage with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
