Job Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced and highly skilled Charge Nurse for our Emergency Room (ER) Department in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can manage emergency nursing operations for management and quality review. You will be responsible for supervising ER nursing staff, coordinating daily clinical workflows, and ensuring adherence to international healthcare standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Critical Care Nursing and a proactive approach to patient safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the ER nursing team to meet management and high-quality critical care delivery standards.
  • Coordinate staffing and clinical workflows within the Dubai Emergency Department to ensure 100% data integrity in patient care records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and medical management teams to ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and JCI accreditation standards.
  • Provide mentorship and performance evaluations for nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor emergency care efficiency and support patient outcome enhancements under pressure.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree is a highly preferred advantage).
  • Mandatory valid DHA Registered Nurse License to practice within the Dubai healthcare sector.
  • 6 to 8 years of total nursing experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically within an Emergency Department.
  • Strong background in management of clinical teams, decision-making, and high-pressure emergency care settings.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding JCI standards and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to lead results-oriented nursing teams in the UAE.
