Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Customer Support & After-Sales Service Specialist to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can handle inquiries and resolve complex after-sales issues for management and performance review. You will be responsible for order tracking, managing returns, and ensuring a positive journey for every customer. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Relationship Management and a proactive approach to representing a socially responsible brand. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through professional communication channels to meet management and service quality standards.
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support in Dubai, including tracking and returns, to ensure 100% data integrity in service records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and logistics departments to coordinate smooth order fulfillment and effective complaint resolution.
  • Represent the company’s social impact values, aligning guest engagement with global environmental and community development projects.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and service platforms to maintain accurate interaction records and improve experience processes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service.
  • Passionate and empathetic mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support in the UAE e-commerce sector.
  • Strong background in management of customer expectations, logistics coordination, and professional objection handling.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding socially responsible branding and after-sales logistics.
