Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities for management and talent strategy review. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality talent, ensuring all activities align with organizational hiring standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle to meet management and organizational hiring targets.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels in Dubai, including job portals and professional networks, to ensure 100% data integrity in the talent pipeline.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, evaluations, and final selection decisions.
- Prepare job offers, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination while complying with UAE labor laws.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and social media platforms to identify and headhunt top-tier industry talent.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR and recruitment roles within the UAE market.
- Strong background in management of the recruitment lifecycle, candidate evaluation, and talent sourcing strategies.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a morning shift schedule, and support overall HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced Dubai environment.
