Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team in Umm Al Quwain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle day-to-day financial operations for management and performance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in monthly closing activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to meet management and reporting targets.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and journal entries in Umm Al Quwain to ensure 100% data integrity in the general ledger.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal teams for financial data verification and monthly closing activities.
- Perform comprehensive bank and account reconciliations while supporting budgeting and financial analysis tasks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools, accounting software, and MS Excel for daily data entry and financial reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong professional experience in financial operations specifically within the UAE business environment.
- Strong background in management of financial reports, account reconciliations, and reporting tools.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently, and meet strict accounting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex financial processes in Umm Al Quwain.
