Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Executive to manage the complete material lifecycle for high-end luxury projects in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead negotiations and logistics for management and project review. You will be responsible for evaluating international suppliers, managing customs documentation, and ensuring material availability aligns with strict project deadlines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Customs Regulations and a proactive approach to SAP/Oracle ERP systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead negotiations with local and international suppliers to meet management and cost-efficiency targets.
- Manage international shipping timelines in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in customs documentation and import procedures.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to ensure materials meet high-end specifications and quality standards.
- Assess supplier performance and monitor inventory levels to ensure reliable and timely delivery for interior fit-out projects.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to optimize the procurement cycle and track shipments accurately.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business plus a mandatory UAE Driving License.
- 3–5 years of professional experience specifically in procurement within the UAE construction or fit-out sectors.
- Strong background in management of SAP or Oracle ERP systems and advanced MS Excel applications.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international sourcing and UAE import processes.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work efficiently under pressure, and manage complex logistics tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-end project deadlines in Sharjah.
