Job Description:
We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our professional legal team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage schedules and priorities for management and case review. You will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative support, handling sensitive information with discretion, and ensuring seamless communication between colleagues and clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to meet management and legal practice targets.
- Manage executive schedules and daily priorities in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in task tracking and document preparation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and clients to coordinate effective communication and professional engagement.
- Handle confidential and sensitive legal information with the utmost discretion and accuracy across all assigned work.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and legal software to optimize daily operations and resolve issues proactively.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant professional Certificate in Business Administration or Law.
- Proven professional experience in an administrative or personal assistant role (Legal experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong background in management of multitask environments, scheduling, and digital tool proficiency.
- Professional background in education or training regarding office management and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, adaptability, and high accuracy in a fast-paced legal setting.
