Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage large-scale transport operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee a fleet of over 350 vehicles for management and efficiency review. You will be responsible for implementing operational policies, tracking maintenance, and managing driver movements while maintaining high standards of reliability. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in CICPA Regulations and a proactive approach to analyzing vehicle breakdowns and operational workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transport operations to meet management and productivity targets for a 350+ vehicle fleet.
- Execute fleet reporting in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in vehicle maintenance tracking and operator movement logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and drivers to coordinate schedules and ensure adherence to CICPA safety regulations.
- Identify causes of vehicle breakdowns and implement strategic decisions to support operational improvements and future growth.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to provide regular performance updates to the General Manager.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or a relevant professional Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 7 to 8 years of proven professional experience specifically within transport or logistics operations.
- Strong background in management of large teams, complex operational workflows, and fleet maintenance protocols.
- Professional background in education or training regarding CICPA regulations and UAE transportation laws.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset for future growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage vendor and supplier relationships in Dubai.
