Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Officer to join a growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily HR operations for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and monitoring attendance systems. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Regulations and a proactive approach to multitasking and internal department support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations to meet management and operational efficiency targets.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in files, leave management, and onboarding logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to support recruitment coordination and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure HR processes remain aligned with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize administrative reporting and daily task management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in HR or administrative roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of employee records, onboarding workflows, and administrative multitasking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a dynamic corporate team in Dubai.
