Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare operations to oversee a facility in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can optimize clinical workflows for management and patient care review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring full compliance with local health authorities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily healthcare facility operations to meet management and service delivery targets.
- Manage and coordinate operational teams in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in clinical records, performance metrics, and regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and medical staff to ensure full compliance with DHA, MOH, and DOH regulations.
- Develop and enforce operational policies to maintain high patient care standards and optimize service coordination across all departments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and hospital management systems to monitor operational efficiency and implement performance improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically in healthcare operations management within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale clinical workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding DHA, MOH, and DOH regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong decision-making abilities, and a commitment to patient service quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a complex healthcare facility in Dubai.
