Fit-Out Supervisor | Breezeline Interiors – Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

Breezeline Interiors is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery in coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities with engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee material management, resolve site issues, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Track project progress, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely project handovers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, drawings, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
