Job Description:

We are seeking a capable Assistant Financial Controller to support the finance operations of a well-established organization in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead financial closing processes for management and fiscal review. You will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, ensuring VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and supervising the finance team. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in GCC Financial Regulations and a proactive approach to cash flow reporting and internal controls. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end financial closing processes to meet management and statutory reporting targets.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in ledger reconciliations, COGS accounts, and account schedules.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and Finance Director to supervise team activities and provide operational support.
• Ensure strict compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, managing timely submissions and strengthening internal controls.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems (MS Dynamics/SAGE) to optimize financial analysis and performance reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting plus mandatory CA or ACCA Qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional supervisory experience specifically within the GCC region.
• Strong background in management of financial closing cycles, VAT filings, and cash flow reporting.
• Professional background in education or training regarding MS Dynamics, SAGE, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a fast-paced finance department in Dubai.
