Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage project expenses for management and financial review. You will be responsible for monitoring costs against approved budgets, conducting detailed financial analysis, and identifying potential cost overruns. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Project Finance and a proactive approach to budgeting and forecasting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs to meet management and budgetary alignment targets.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial reports, project expenditures, and budget forecasts.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to ensure financial transparency and cost efficiency across all construction phases.
• Prepare regular reports for management highlighting financial performance, identifying risks, and supporting overall project budgeting processes.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and cost management software to optimize expense tracking and professional engineering reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus a relevant professional Certificate in Project Finance or Cost Control.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience specifically within cost control for construction or engineering projects.
• Strong background in management of project budgets, financial forecasts, and detailed cost analysis.
• Professional background in education or training regarding project reporting and financial performance monitoring.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work under pressure, and Immediate Availability (Mandatory).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-priority contracting projects in Dubai.
