Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can ensure machine functionality for management and operational review. You will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical systems, executing repairs, and following preventive maintenance schedules. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to meet management and machine uptime targets.
- Support technical operations in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in maintenance records, repair logs, and inspection documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical supervisors to resolve mechanical faults and ensure workplace safety compliance.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns while maintaining optimal machine performance across the processing line.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and maintenance software to optimize technical tracking and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Trade Certificate, or ITI plus a relevant professional Technical Credential.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong background in management of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance routines.
- Professional background in education or training regarding safety standards and industrial repair procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for technical detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume industrial facility in Dubai.
