Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Specialist to join a high-profile ADNOC Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage on-site human resource operations for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, coordination with manpower agencies, and ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Strategic HR Operations and a mandatory fluency in Chinese (spoken and written). 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site HR activities to meet management and project mobilization targets.
  • Support human capital integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and manpower suppliers to manage recruitment, screening, and timely staffing aligned with project timelines.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs while ensuring full compliance with ADNOC requirements and UAE labor regulations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize data accuracy and professional reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration plus a relevant professional HR Certificate.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically in HR operations or management (Oil & Gas/Construction preferred).
  • Mandatory Fluency in Chinese (Spoken and Written) is a strict requirement for this position.
  • Strong background in management of recruitment agencies, employee mobilization, and labor law compliance.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding on-site HR practices and payroll support.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and current residency in the UAE.
