Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our operations in Hatta. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage inventory processes for management and supply chain review. You will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in FMCG Stock Control and a proactive approach to auditing and replenishment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock to meet management and quality assurance targets.
- Support inventory integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in stock movement records, receipts, and dispatch documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and procurement teams to coordinate smooth workflows and timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits while ensuring the safe storage of FMCG products in line with safety standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and basic computer systems to optimize inventory tracking and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain plus a relevant professional Inventory Certificate.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the FMCG industry as a Storekeeper.
- Strong background in management of stock control procedures, record-keeping, and warehouse organization.
- Professional background in education or training regarding inventory auditing and safety handling standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work efficiently under pressure, and Immediate Availability (Preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume warehouse facility in Hatta, Dubai.
