Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the Principal in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage executive priorities for management and operational review. You will be responsible for calendar governance, serving as a central communication hub, and preparing high-quality official correspondence. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Executive Administrative Support and a proactive approach to issue resolution and confidential data handling. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Principal’s calendar and daily priorities to meet management and leadership objectives.
- Support communication integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in official reports, presentations, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, staff, and parents to coordinate meetings and events with the highest level of discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders while anticipating operational needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and administrative systems to optimize schedule management and professional institutional reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Administrative Certificate.
- Proven professional experience specifically in a Personal Assistant or high-level administrative role.
- Strong background in management of executive priorities, confidential matters, and stakeholder relations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding emotional intelligence, time management, and professional writing.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, remain calm under pressure, and think ahead to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard leadership office in Dubai.
